Do I need to change an Outlook setting?
Legacy Outlook
Yes - turn on Legacy Outlook in the Outlook app on your Mac (the toggle in the top-right of the window). the app reads calendars from the legacy client, so this needs to be enabled for syncing to work.
Do I need my IT admin to approve it?
No. Unlike cloud-based calendar tools, it runs entirely on your Mac using your default Outlook client - so there's no Microsoft Entra admin approval or tenant-wide consent to wait on.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The current release includes a full 30-day trial with no payment information required. Paid plans are coming soon.
Will my coworkers get duplicate invites?
No. Attendees are masked when events are mirrored, so no invitations are ever sent.
Can I sync more than one calendar?
Absolutely. Create as many sync jobs as you need - each pairs one Outlook calendar with one Google calendar.
