Works without Entra admin approval
Most calendar tools are cloud apps - they need a Microsoft Entra administrator to approve them before you can sync anything. This app runs entirely on your Mac, using the calendars already set up in your default Outlook client. Nothing to request, nothing to wait on.
Runs locally, on-device
No cloud service in the middle - your events never pass through our servers.
Uses your existing Outlook
Any calendar in your default Outlook mail client just works.
No tenant-wide consent
Skip the admin ticket entirely - set it up yourself in minutes.
Everything you need, nothing you don't
A focused little Mac app that does one job extremely well.
Set it and forget it
Background sync keeps both calendars matched as often as every 5 minutes.
Multiple sync jobs
Pair as many calendars as you like - work, team, personal - each tuned its own way.
🔒
Private by default
Attendees are masked, so mirroring an event never fires off invitations.
Smart de-duping
Recurring events and exceptions are matched cleanly - no doubles, no drift.
Choose your window
Sync a few days back and weeks ahead - only the events that matter.
Lives in your menu bar
Check status or sync on demand without breaking your flow.
Up and running in two minutes
Connect, pair, done. The app takes it from there.
01
Connect accounts
Sign in to your Outlook and Google accounts. They become selectable for any job.
02
Pair calendars
Pick one Outlook calendar and the Google calendar it should flow into.
03
Let it run
It syncs in the background and pings you only when it matters.
Stays out of your way - until you need it
Quiet by default. It surfaces a notification when an event is mirrored, a sync finishes, or an account needs a quick reconnect.

Questions, answered
Do I need to change an Outlook setting?
Legacy Outlook
Yes - turn on Legacy Outlook in the Outlook app on your Mac (the toggle in the top-right of the window). the app reads calendars from the legacy client, so this needs to be enabled for syncing to work.
Do I need my IT admin to approve it?
No. Unlike cloud-based calendar tools, it runs entirely on your Mac using your default Outlook client - so there's no Microsoft Entra admin approval or tenant-wide consent to wait on.
How does billing work?
It’s $4 per month and includes every feature and update. Cancel anytime - there's no commitment.
Will my coworkers get duplicate invites?
No. Attendees are masked when events are mirrored, so no invitations are ever sent.
Can I sync more than one calendar?
Absolutely. Create as many sync jobs as you need - each pairs one Outlook calendar with one Google calendar.
Does it keep running when the window is closed?
Yes. The app can live in your menu bar and keep syncing quietly in the background.
Stop double-booking yourself.
Set it up once and let your calendars take care of themselves.
